Programs Advancing Equity in Union County

ULOUC’s programs have evolved to meet today’s needs—supporting stability, opportunity, and wellness for residents and families.

  • Housing Services: housing counseling and financial support to prevent evictions and stabilize low-income households
  • Reconnections Program: reentry support for formerly incarcerated individuals rebuilding their lives
  • Mental Health & Wellness: services addressing trauma, incarceration impacts, and COVID-era mental health needs
  • Financial Opportunity Center: financial coaching and career development services
  • Youth Programs: entrepreneurship and STEM inspiration for young people
  • Community Engagement: outreach events including a college fair and Juneteenth Festival

The Urban League of Union County (ULOUC) is a nonprofit community service organization founded in 1944 and incorporated in 1952.
ULOUC is one of 90 affiliates of the National Urban League and provides services across education, housing, health, employment, and advocacy.
