Summary
The Workforce Development Specialist promotes the successful employment of clients through intensive job readiness training, job search assistance and placement, retention activities and other career enhancing services. The Specialist will work closely with other Urban League of Union County program staff to identify clients who need employment services and develop individualized plans for participants by assessing their skills, education, work history, and transportation needs. Click here for the full job description
